About the job
You will be the first point of contact for customers who have any warranty or aftercare concerns after they have moved into their new home. You will handle initial requests for assistance from clients, and delegate tasks as appropriate to the required sub-contractors. This will involve keeping accurate logs of aftercare contact with clients and actions taken to resolve any issues they may have. You will be responsible for warranty inspections across the city, and may occasionally be required to respond to emergency call-outs.

- Have at least 4 years experience of residential construction
- Be willing to travel around Melbourne in the execution of your duties
The ideal candidate will have a carpentry or other trades background, and will be confident resolving issues on the tools themselves where appropriate.
