Construct are the industry specialists in construction, engineering, property, design and architecture recruitment. Our Consultants bring an average of over 13 years of knowledge and experience into all areas of the industry.

We are a boutique agency with the partnerships and network accessibility of a corporate giant. Due to extensive and ongoing success we've expanded into the sales side of construction. With excellent management we've taken on a wealth of new projects and looking for a Candidate Manager to work closely with our manager to deliver on these projects.

The Opportunity:

  • Delivery orientated role whereby you'll be resourcing, developing and maintaining relationships with Sales Candidates across all areas of the construction sector
  • Leverage our internal resources such as LinkedIn recruiter license, Seek, Seek Talent and more to source candidates
  • On the job training to effectively manage your talent pool and source for the right candidates
  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Work directly with management to deliver on projects and liaise with clients
  • Working for a smaller agency therefore huge opportunity for rapid career development as well as an overall say of the direction of the business

  • 1 + years recruitment experience whether that be resourcing or full 360 looking to move over to candidate delivery
  • Preferable experience recruiting Sales roles
  • Passion for working with candidates and placing them in their ideal roles
  • Desire to work within a boutique agency and to progress rapidly within your career
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills

$60k - $70k + Super + Uncapped Commission
