Contract Administrator | Tier 1 | $160M Mixed Use | Sydney CBD

Company:

The business pride themselves on impeccable health & safety as well as environmentally friendly projects and renowned for their large, complex developments.

About the Role: The Company is seeking a confident, intermediate level Contract Administrator for a supportive role to the Snr CA & Snr PM on a large Mixed-use project in Sydney CBD valued at over $160M. This role would lead to a stand-alone CA role on the next project

Role:

  • Involvement in the full lifecycle of the project
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Manage sub-contracts
  • Liaise with sub-contractors
  • Involvement in Stakeholder management
  • Assess and process progress claims
  • Involvement in tendering
  • Support the project manager & Snr CA


Candidate:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
  • At least 3 years local commercial / Retail project experience
  • Trade background with relevant experience will be considered
  • Working knowledge of Contract Administration
  • Highly Analytical
  • Ability to think outside the box
