Job Description


Our clients are leaders in fitout & refurbishment projects. They have awesome offices based in the Inner West and employ a comprehensive team of top tier construction professionals. Established in the 90's, this business have secured themselve a place at the top of the industry and the reputation to go with it. With their superb client base, they are now winning new projects on a weekly basis ranging in size from $1M-30M. Currently they have opportunities for 2 CA's & 2 Senior CA's for new projects in Sydney's Inner West & CBD.


  • Full responsibility for subcontract packages, procurement schedules etc
  • Assistance in progress claims and variations
  • Taking subcontracts through negotiation stage to finalisation
  • Overseeing all project costs, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • The administration of RFIs to architects, consultants & clients


  • A stable career history within the construction industry
  • Strong construction contracts administration experience
  • Previous experience of fitout/refurb projects would be advantageous
  • The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
  • Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
