A successful mid-sized insurance repair builder in South Sydney has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join their vibrant team.

You will play a pivotal role in the business, working alongside the National Assessing Manager and National WHS Manager, providing overall management and leadership of office administration teams to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and ensuring KPIs are met.
Your role will also involve maintaining and building client relationships with insurance companies and loss adjusters.
Salary package $100k + super + vehicle (dependant on experience)
- Experience in a similar role, managing an office within the insurance repair building space
- Strong background within insurance repair building and relevant construction knowledge
- Strong organisational and management skills
