Project Coordinator | Tier 1 | Retail Projects

The business was successfully established over 30 years ago, and has grown to become a nationally diversified company now employing over 1400 employees. The business pride themselves on impeccable health & safety as well as environmentally friendly projects and renowned for their large, complex developments. Due to the increase in new project awards the business currently has a need for a Project Coordinator.
About the Role: The Company is seeking a confident, intermediate level Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator to be involved in projects ranging from $2million to $50million. They will also consider people coming from a Junior Project Management who wants to progress to a PM role in time. You will be part of an experienced project team that will assist with professional development and help you reach the next stage of your career.
Role:
- Involvement in the full lifecycle of multiple projects
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Manage sub-contracts
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Involvement in Stakeholder management
- Assess and process progress claims
- Involvement in tendering
- Support the project manager
Candidate:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- At least 3 years local commercial / Retail project experience
- Trade background with relevant experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of Contract Administration
- Highly Analytical
- Ability to think outside the box
