Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out and Refurb Projects up to $15M - North Sydney
Our client is a young, dynamic organization with big plans for expansion in NSW in 2017. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with experience working on commercial fit out and refurbishment projects for private sector and government clients. You will report to the Commercial Manager and have Site Managers and Contract Administrators reporting directly to you. Now is the ideal time to get your foot in the door and be a pivotal part of the company's ongoing growth.
- Project managing multi-level office refurbishment projects up to $10M
- Preparing and presenting tender submissions
- Developing and implementing construction programs and overseeing financials
- Monitoring the procurement, delivery and handover of projects from end to end
- Client and subcontractor liaison
- Staff management and development
- A minimum of 5 years' project management experience in the NSW fit out and refurbishment industry
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong command of MS Project
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
