This business have managed to establish themselves as 'go to' business in the industry! Establish in the 1980's, they have experience and successes under their belt. With almost 90 staff acorss a branch network in NSW, ACT & QLD this business are involved in commercial, residential, retail & education projects up to circa $100M. Currently looking for an experienced & keen Site Engineer to join them on a $50M shopping centre project in the North West.

Role:

• Tender and Procurement of packages
• Monitoring and auditing subcontractor OHS&E
• Quality Management - ITPs, Samples approvals
• Manage subcontractor shop drawing process
• Writing and daily status of Short Range Programs
• Manage subcontractor progress claims, forecast costs and reporting costs to Senior Management Team
• Subcontractor administration management - RFIs, Correspondence, Variation assessments
• Managing Subcontractor daily onsite issues
• Client management and liaison
• Defect management and close out

Person:

• Degree qualied - Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• A stable career history within the construction industry
• Strong construction site engineerinng experience
• Previous experience of major projects would be highly regarded
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
