Job Title: Site Manager

Role:

A Tier 1 house builder is looking for a Site Manager to oversee an upcoming development of 70+ new build homes. Managing the site from cradle to grave reporting into the Area Construction Manager this is an opportunity to join an industry leading business building award winning homes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all suppliers and subcontractors on site
• Ensure the site is being completed within budget and on time
• Implement all OH&S requirements across direct employees and subcontractors
• Provide regular reporting to the Area Construction Manager including site productivity and progress
• Manage on site budgets and business process such as labor, overtime and tolls & equipment hire

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential construction preferably with a trades background
• Strong organizational and time management skills dealing with entire sites and over 100 personnel
• A proven track record on delivering multimillion dollar sites on time and within budget
• Implementation experience of quality assurance, health, safety and environmental requirements
• Excellent communication experience across varied level of stakeholders and clients
