Site Manager / 100 unite Apartment Project

Company:

The business has a unique approach to construction and believe strongly in empowering their people to be the very best they can be. There is great opportunity for individuals who are wanting to progress their careers to the maximum level and opportunities to run your own team and/or operation within the business are there for driven individuals.

The company has recently promoted the Site Manager to a more senior role in the business and therefore the vacancy for a new Site Manager has come about. The project is now at ground level with the basements completed and is running extremely well.


Role:

  • Supervising & Leadership
  • Ensuring the safety of site members
  • Following OHS guidelines
  • Productivity of the site team
  • Following project plans & programming
  • Issuing direction so the site team perform daily and weekly activities
  • Preparation of reports

Person:

  • A stable career history within the construction industry
  • Trade or academic background considered
  • Strong construction Foreman & or Site Manager experience
  • You will have previously managed sites valued over $20M
  • The ability to work to and meet deadlines
  • Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
