What you will be doing:
In this relationship-driven role, you will spend the majority of your week in front of various tier 1 clients throughout NSW and Sydney Metro with the aim of specifying their ranges into various construction projects. Your team will take design briefs from clients and work closely with the internal sales team to tender and quote on projects. You will be measured against sales targets and KPI's and will be leading a close-knit friendly NSW team and supported by a great board.
About You:
Development of statewide sales plans and processes to drive revenue
A self-motivated approach to selling and building relationships.
Proven track record within engineered solutions and the construction sector
The ability to manage a sales revenue of $50million with an ambitious $100million target
Play an active role within the leadership team reporting through to the board
